Scott is a lifelong resident of Traverse City and has over five years of commercial real estate experience specializing in urban development sales and acquisition. He spent 5 years on the TC City Commission, served 8 years with the TCAPS Board of Education, 2 years on the GT County Planning Commission, 3 terms on the TC Downtown Development Authority, 4 years on the Women's Resource Center and TC Opera House Boards, and 8 years on the TC Chamber of Commerce Government Relations Committee. He was also inducted into the TCAPS Hall of Fame and is a 2-time winner of the Aspire North Realtors Community Stewart Award.
